We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all our award-winning chairs and desks. If your setup isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through our official help center to initiate your return request within 49 days of receiving your order.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Product

  Disassemble the product and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Ship the item back to our regional fulfillment center; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
