All Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years through our Extended Warranty Program by sharing a picture of your setup on social media.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 49-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
